Sunroom Installer (BetterLiving Certified Track)

Ready to work with your hands, learn a valuable skill, and build something that lasts? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sunroom Installer. You’ll help build custom BetterLiving Sunrooms for homes across central Ohio, working outdoors year-round in a skilled construction environment.


No certification yet? No problem. You’ll start with 6–8 months of on-the-job training with our experienced crew to learn our process. After that, we’ll send you to BetterLiving’s official training program to become a Certified Installer — fully paid by us.

 

Office Location: Canal Winchester

Service Area: Greater Columbus Area

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience

What You Need to Know

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Assist in the construction and installation of BetterLiving Sunrooms
Measure, cut, and assemble aluminum and vinyl framing, glass, and panels
Use hand and power tools (we’ll train you!)
Learn our in-house installation process and build quality workmanship habits
Support lead installers while growing into your own role
Work outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions

Ideal Candidate

We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and willingness to work outside in all seasons
Comfortable with basic tools and construction tasks, or willing to learn
Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights on ladders
Previous construction or carpentry experience is a bonus (not required)
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
