We’re hiring a bathroom installation helper to work alongside experienced pros and get trained in tub installs, tile, vanities, and finish work. If you’re ready to work hard and learn fast, this could be your first step toward a well-paying trade career.

Service Area: Greater Columbus Area

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starts based on experience - raises with progress

What You Need to Know

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Helping set up and install tubs, showers, vanities, flooring

Assisting with demo, prep work, and job cleanup

Learning about waterproofing, trim, and plumbing basics

Complete jobs accurately and on time, as part of a team

Being a team player and showing up ready to work

Ideal Candidate

We're Looking For

No experience needed — just a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn, follow directions and learn new skills

Physically able to lift and move materials (50+ lbs)

Respectful, polite, and comfortable around customers

Basic hand tool experience is a plus—but not required
