No remodeling or design experience? No problem. We provide training on our products, design concepts, systems, and sales process. We're looking for great people who can connect with homeowners and help them confidently move forward with their remodeling projects.

Service Area: Greater Columbus area

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Commission-based

What You Need to Know

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Meet with qualified homeowners considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel

Understand homeowner needs, goals, and budget to recommend the right solution

Present project proposals and financing options so homeowners decide with confidence

Build trust, address concerns, and earn the homeowner's commitment

Follow a proven sales process to achieve individual sales goals

Stay engaged with prospects through consistent follow-up and communication

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Deliver an exceptional experience that generates referrals and repeat business

Ideal Candidate

We're Looking For

Proven ability to build relationships and earn customer trust

Strong communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping people

Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, real estate, or similar experience preferred

Ability to listen, ask great questions, and understand customer needs

Comfortable discussing project investments, financing, and closing sales

Strong organizational and time management skills

Positive attitude, coachability, and commitment to improvement

Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
