The S.M.A.R.T. Process speeds up the timeline of the design phase as well as the timeline of the work without sacrificing quality of service or craftsmanship. It simply makes your life easier when it comes to remodeling.

Our process begins with an in-home consultation where your design consultant will listen to your vision and coach you through making selections from our catalogs of choices.  This saves time as opposed to running from one manufacturer to another, looking at hundreds upon hundreds of materials, colors, styles, etc. The S.M.A.R.T. Process saves you from this decision fatigue.  Our design teams have already done the heavy lifting and will only present you with the best quality products to ensure you get the most value out of your selections.

S.M.A.R.T. remodels take about a week or so to complete with JSB Home Solutions, a fraction of the time it would take a traditional remodel to complete a comparable project.  Because time is money, shorter project timelines often also come with smaller price tags.

Misconception #1: The quality of products being used is compromised.

It is natural and easy to believe that quality of products being used are significantly less because of the quick timeline in which the work gets done.

Misconception #2: The S.M.A.R.T. Remodel Process is perfect.

The home renovation process is imperfect, and we want to be transparent with you that the S.M.A.R.T. Process is the same. In every remodeling project, things can go wrong. What sets a remodeler apart is how they handle the problems that arise during a remodel.

For example, when removing an existing shower to the studs, and learning that the actual framing of the shower has been destroyed, and needs to be rebuilt – a remodeler has two options: Cover it up with the new drywall and act as if it didn’t happen, or bring the destroyed framing to the homeowners attention, and come up with an honest and accurate game plan moving forward. We will never cover up what needs to be repaired, or replaced, and we will always bring it to your attention, and work together to find a solution that works for all parties. These challenges can come with delays in the timeline or price changes that are less than ideal in the moment but are worth addressing for the future of the space.
